Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Entry Level Client Account Manager to act as the liaison between our nonprofit clients and the broader community. This individual will work closely with our clients to develop and execute strategies aimed at increasing donations and awareness for their causes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for nonprofit work, and the ability to build strong relationships with community members, donors, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned nonprofit clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships. Understand clients’ goals, needs, and challenges to tailor engagement strategies effectively.
- Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with community groups, organizations, and individuals to raise awareness for client causes. Leverage community resources to build partnerships that support fundraising initiatives.
- Collaborate with clients to design and implement fundraising campaigns.
- Plan and coordinate community events, fundraisers, and awareness campaigns in collaboration with clients and local partners. Ensure seamless execution from planning to post-event follow-up.
- Monitor and report on campaign progress, donation levels, and community engagement metrics. Provide clients with regular updates and strategic recommendations based on performance data.
- Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing, communications, and event planning, to ensure that all strategies are aligned and that client needs are met efficiently.
- Stay informed about trends in nonprofit fundraising, philanthropy, and community engagement. Provide clients with insights and recommendations on best practices and emerging opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in client management, account management, or nonprofit engagement. Experience in fundraising, community outreach, or nonprofit operations is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and inspire a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, donors, and community partners.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and report on campaign performance.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $500.00 - $600.00 per week
