The Sales Coordinator provides critical administrative and operations support to the national sales team to improve the productivity, effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction of the entire sales team. The Sales coordinator helps to increase sales by driving CRM usage, through user training, policy, best practice and support procedures. The candidate is able to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to establish and build working relationships. This candidate must be coachable with an ability to understand business needs and implement viable solutions to reach targeted goals.
What you'll do here:
  • Provide administration and sales operations support to the Sales Director/Sales Managers, and the national sales team as required, including the Channel and K-12 bookstore teams
  • Provide administrative support related to channel partners
  • Monitor and report on CRM usage and maintain database updates as required
  • Maintain documentation, processes and supported systems, and seek opportunities to enhance and improve processes and procedures.
  • Help prepare key reports to support sales and channel teams
  • Coordinate the roll-out of all sales training, and liaise with the US sales training team as required
  • Support managers with the onboarding of new employees
Skills You Will Need Here:
  • Minimum of 2 years in a related sales support or customer service role
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to lead multiple projects with multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Collaborative teammate with strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter, critical thinker, can do attitude
  • Proficient computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience within the publishing / educational technology industry would be an asset

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
$41,300.00 - $65,800.00 CAD
