Home Mortgage Alliance Corporation (HMAC), DBA Jet Mortgage has a need for an experienced Wholesale Account Manager to join the HMAC family. There is great advancement potential as we expand our operations nationwide and grow our Wholesale division.

The Wholesale Account Manager is responsible for management and oversight of the wholesale pipeline and loans submitted by mortgage brokers. This includes interacting and communicating with Brokers, Underwriters, Account Executives and the Closing department to quickly and efficiently moving files through the process.

Responsibilities:

· Review new loan submissions to ensure adherence to underwriting standards and ensuring completeness of files. Identifies outstanding items that could cause closing delays.

· Collects all necessary data and documents (i.e. loan applications, credit documents, appraisals, etc.) prior to submitting to Underwriters.

· Communicate effectively with internal and external parties to ensure superior customer service throughout the life cycle of the loan.

· Provide daily and weekly updates to the Account Executives and management team.

· Proactively monitor pipelines to ensure timely funding of loans.

· Ensure compliance deadlines are met with regards to pre-disclosures, approval letters, cancellations and declined loans.

· Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED

Two + years’ experience as a Wholesale Account Manager or Loan Processor (must be well-versed in loan processing, underwriting and closing procedures)

Knowledge of FHA, VA and Conventional loan programs

Strong working knowledge of LendingQB preferred

Self-starter, dependable, ability to work within and meet specific time constraints

Must be highly organized and possess high attention to detail

Possess high initiative to get things done

Customer service driven, responsiveness to client and team member issues and concerns

Other Duties as assigned.
