Job Description
About the Company and Position:
Infinite Water is a 10-year old, accredited Saskatchewan-based water treatment company that markets, installs, and services residential water filtration systems province-wide. We have a fast-paced, fun atmosphere and some phenomenal team members that are excited to meet you at our Saskatoon branch.
Most of our customers have an annual service plan so we visit them each year to service their water system to keep it working optimally. We require an additional dispatch coordinator to book appointments for our existing clients, working with the dispatch manager to optimize the routes for our technicians. Phone calls are to existing clients who are expecting our call only.
Full training and certifications provided. We do not require specific water treatment experience. Your ability to build rapport, communicate effectively, work in an organized manner, and build long-term relationships with clients is much more important.
We are looking for a full-time employee, but we would be open to part-time for the right applicant.
Proficiency in the English language and interpersonal skills are required.
Responsibilities:
- Attend meetings with the dispatch manager (working out of same location) to plan routes for each of the 4 technicians you are responsible for
- Work closely with management for the first 3 months to learn the ins and outs of our processes, equipment, and water treatment knowledge
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management
- Book routine service appointments via phone, text, and email
- Utilize CRM tools to clearly document processes and update records
- Assist with other office duties including preparing orders, organizing product, greeting walk-in customers, and paperwork
100% RRSP-match from Day 1, full benefits for family (HSA) after 3 months. Probationary period is 3 months.
Please apply via email only.
