Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Consultant to join our team. This person will manage our Highlevel CRM, follow up on hot and cold leads, and handle both incoming and follow-up calls to prospective clients. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in nurturing leads, maintaining client relationships, and driving new business for RevitalyzeMD. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and skilled in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management & CRM Oversight
- Manage and maintain Highlevel CRM, ensuring all lead information and interactions are accurately recorded and updated.
- Segment leads into hot, warm, and cold categories for targeted follow-up strategies.
- Follow-Up with Leads
- Conduct follow-up calls with hot and cold leads to re-engage interest and nurture potential clients.
- Proactively follow up on leads from non-booked consultations, addressing any questions and encouraging next steps.
- Track follow-up progress and outcomes, ensuring leads are nurtured effectively throughout the sales pipeline.
- Client Communication
- Answer inbound calls promptly, providing knowledgeable and professional responses to inquiries.
- Identify client needs during calls, matching them with the most relevant services or solutions offered by [Company Name].
- Sales Consultations
- Conduct initial sales consultations with prospective clients, explaining service offerings and benefits.
- Address objections and provide clear information to help clients make informed decisions.
- Schedule and confirm consultations, optimizing the client booking experience.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare regular reports on lead status, conversion rates, and other key performance metrics.
- Use data to identify trends and adjust follow-up strategies as needed.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with both new and existing clients, fostering brand loyalty and satisfaction.
- Collect feedback from clients to share with the team and improve processes.
- Additional Tasks
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and lead-nurturing processes.
- Participate in sales training sessions and stay updated on product/service offerings.
- Contribute ideas to improve the customer journey and sales process.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years in a sales role, ideally within a customer-facing, remote environment.
- CRM Expertise: Proficiency in Highlevel CRM (or similar CRM platforms).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-Focused: Strong ability to build rapport, understand client needs, and provide high-quality service.
- Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently, staying organized, and managing multiple tasks.
- Results-Oriented: Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and follow-up goals.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
