Job Description

Our client, a family run business in Linden, NJ is seeking a seasoned Sales Exuctive to join their team.

Duties
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and sales opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective account management.
Generate leads and drive business development efforts to meet sales targets.
Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of sales strategies.
Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, update customer information, and generate reports.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand network and promote company products.

Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology sales or related field.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients.
Ability to analyze market trends, identify customer needs, and develop effective sales strategies.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to meet or exceed sales goals.
Proficiency in using CRM software such as Globalshop and Shopify or similar tools.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus for communicating with Spanish-speaking clients.

Willing to travel with the ability to sell!

The compensation for this position ranges from $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 plus significant Commisons and monthly bonuses. Actual compensation will be dependent upon the specific role, office location as well as the individual’s qualifications, experience, skills and certifications.
