Bluestem Ecological Services is looking for a candidate with sales experience and/or field experience in natural resource management to grow our team. This candidate would be working with land/property managers to offer restoration, stewardship, and prescribed burning needs within native plant communities.

THE JOB: Drive new client sales to increase sales volume. Support project execution & client satisfaction.
· Work entire sales pipeline from lead generation, client meeting, site assessment & proposal generation through account management.
· Represent Bluestem at marketing & networking opportunities. This may include evening or weekend work no more than once/month.
· Prepare proposals.
· Manage accounts of sold jobs by bridging communication with clients and crew leaders through job completion. Oversee jobs and coordination of equipment & materials needed on jobsite.
· Provide customer service & develop relationships with clients.
Bluestem provides on-the-job training, certification, and continued education.
BENEFITS/WAGES:
· $45,000+ base salary (paid weekly) + Commission and Incentives
· Mileage paid for job travel. Company vehicle after 6 months.
· 8 PTO days year one w/ annual increases

QUALIFICATIONS:
· Strong communication & networking skills, including the ability to confidently discuss and negotiate project details with clients.
· Familiarity with ecological restoration & basic Midwest plant knowledge, including through volunteer experience.
· A flexible team player that can work with Sales, Operations and Management to support company goals. Able to prioritize & multitask.
· Computer proficiency
· Valid Driver’s License
· Experience in Customer Service, Sales or Marketing roles is a plus.
