Currently we are looking for Territory Account Manager - BC

Role Description:

The Territory Account Manager’s is responsible for driving sales in the assigned geographic area through existing accounts and new business development. This is a field based sales role. The assigned sales territory for this position is British Columbia.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meet or exceed sales target & assigned KPI's
  • Schedule and execute in office educational seminars - In-person and virtual
  • Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory
  • Make in-person visits, telephone calls and educational seminars to prospective customers as required
  • Ensure customer information is accurate in the CRM and that it is updated daily with all sales and prospecting activities
  • Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints
  • Analyzes the territory's potential and determines the value of new and existing customers value to the organization
  • Provides management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services
  • Keep abreast of market conditions and competitive activities
  • Comply with ISO 9001 specifications and GMP regulations
  • Will follow the responsibilities as outlined in the Ontario Health and Safety Act
  • Attending and selling at trade shows
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College or University degree

Skills/Abilities/Characteristics:

  • Strong communications skills (writing, reading, and speaking) English
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Comfort with public speaking and delivering educational seminars
  • Strong relationship building capabilities
  • Ability to balance changing priorities and work with limited information
  • Highly self-motivated, flexible, and creative problem solving
  • Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience with the Challenger Sales method

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales.
  • Experience in a dental or pharmaceutical environment is preferred.

Working conditions:

  • Territory Account Manager may find the environment to be fast-paced, distracting and will need excellent organizational, time and stress management to complete the required tasks.
  • Working remotely at a home office, with a majority of time spent in market visiting customers offices.
  • Territory Account Manager: exposure to dental & medical office environment for the duration of the workday.

Physical requirements:

  • Territory Account Manager will spend hours driving or sitting while using office equipment or standing while attending trade shows.
  • Infrequent lifting of sales supplies, product samples, and materials. Up to 40lbs

Note: The pay range reflects the total compensation range target for the position at the time of the posting. Within the range, the compensation will be determined based on education/training, skill set, experience, and other organizational needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
