Position Overview:
The Verizon Sales Associate is truly the face of the brand. The Verizon Sales Associate serves as a telecommunications expert when it comes to working with customers. This role entails educating customers on Verizon’s product and service offerings and confidently answering any inquiries they may have. The Verizon Sales Associate also handles customer complaints in a confident and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. Verizon Sales Associate Role/Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging product presentations for customers to provide a comprehensive understanding of Verizon’s products and services
- Work directly with customers to provide customized solutions and product recommendations
- Stay up-to-date on the latest telecommunications trends to maintain a competitive edge
- Draft sales contracts, ensuring terms and conditions are clearly outlined and tailored to meet the specific needs of each subscriber
- Regularly update sales databases and CRM systems to reflect current subscriber information
- Generate sales reports to analyze campaign performance and identify trends
- Communicate observations, ideas, or customer feedback to the Senior Verizon Sales Manager
The Verizon Sales Associate role is entry-level, and full training is provided. No experience is required to apply for this role. However, the ideal candidate will have:
- 0-3 years of experience in a customer service, sales, retail or hospitality role
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with customers and team members alike
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a high-energy environment
- Reliable transportation and the ability to commute daily to our Virginia Beach office
