Focus Workforce Management is looking for an experienced Account Coordinator / HR Rep for our site in Dickson Tennessee.

This position coordinates with local manufacturing company to fill/staff their industrial job openings. Account Coordinator is responsible for the customer service process, receiving/processing applications, and assigning qualified employees to positions. This is a fast paced, high-energy position that requires a strong ability in people skills and team building.
