Position Overview:
The Director of Sales oversees the Patient Care Coordinators and drives practice profitability, revenue goals, and CORE metrics. The Director of Sales has a strong background in sales leadership along with management abilities to foster a sales-positive and growth-oriented culture. As Director of Sales, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future growth of a practice that prides itself on innovation, leadership, and superior patient care.
Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Driving CARE’s MedSpa revenue growth through increasing membership and non-surgical treatments, while simultaneously increasing surgical revenue.
- Communicating and closing surgical inquiries – converting inquiries to consults, and consults to scheduled surgeries.
- Ensuring that revenue objectives and results are in accord with practice’s needs and mission statement.
- Collaborating with the Director of Marketing to ensure sales/marketing initiatives are aligned with the needs and goals of the practice.
- Analyzing and determining competitive pricing models in collaboration with the CEO.
- Working closely with leadership and providing regular updates on practice performance, offering insight and suggestions for growth and improvement.
- Establishing goals and relevant action plans toward optimizing revenue, driving membership growth and patient satisfaction that deliver measurable results.
- Establishing trust and emerges as a leader in key sales and strategies to continually improve the quality and level of services provided in the practice.
- Driving business and facilitating sales and sales plans that are effectively disseminated to staff (e.g. Patient Experience Team, providers, and MAs) through direct training and oversight.
- Coaching team members to develop new sales skills and foster a sales-positive environment.
- Staying up to date with current sales strategies and techniques and trends. Read at least 1 sales book per quarter and share opportunities and insights with CEO.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- College degree, preferably in healthcare administration or a related field.
- Prior leadership experience in a medical office or other relevant professional experience.
- Pro-sales mentality with 2-5+ years of sales experience, ideally within cosmetic plastic surgery, aesthetics, or other related industry.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience directly supervising non-exempt staff.
- Knowledge of current MedSpa and plastic surgery services and skincare products.
- Clear and effective communication skills with both staff and patients.
- Excellent customer service skills with ability to build rapport.
- Teamwork-oriented with ability to collaborate effectively with the marketing department.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- High standard for excellence and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and sensitivity.
- Timely decision-making and follow-through on commitments.

- Strong technology proficiency and willingness to learn new platforms and applications. Prior experience with Electronic Medical Record systems is preferred.

Compensation & Growth Opportunities
The annual compensation package consists of base salary and performance-based bonuses. The typical base salary is based on experience and ranges between $65,000 to $80,000 per year. There is potential for income and position growth over time. We provide a comprehensive suite of benefits, including paid vacation, medical, life, dental and disability insurance, and a 401K plan with matching.
