Job Description
Wireless Guardian is looking to hire a full-time Sales Support Specialists that also has experience working with advertising and marketing departments . The Sales Support Specialist will directly support the Vice President of Sales, Vice President of Channel Sales, and other Wireless Guardian executives.
Day-to-day responsibilities include, but not limited to:
· Monitor Wireless Guardian sales activities on the company's Customer Relationship Management software program.
· Assist in the development of marketing documents.
· Draft meeting notes from sales engagements.
· Track deliverables between Wireless Guardian and its clients.
· Manage schedules for Wireless Guardian leadership.
· Help coordinate client marketing plans.
· Additional marketing duties as assigned.
An ideal candidate will have the following experience and expertise:
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Self-starter with the ability to accomplish tasks with little direct oversight.
· Ability to multi-task and track deliverables to ensure timelines are met.
· Experience with Customer Relationship Management software programs and corporate inside sales highly preferred.
· Some graphic design experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
