EXPERIENCED MAINTENANCE ACCOUNT MANAGER
Land Designs of Southern Florida, a premier, luxury residential landscape company is currently seeking an experienced and motivated maintenance account manager.
Experience Requirements:
· Extensive residential landscaping experience.
· Serve as the main point of contact for your clients. Meet with them proactively to consult with them on their property/lawncare needs.
· Supervise multiple crews.
· Experience loading, unloading, and setting of landscape materials.
· Coordinate work orders for scheduling of upgrades/improvements to client’s property.
· Provide customers with written proposals that will enhance their property.
· Meet agreed upon weekly quotas for visits to your clients’ properties.
· Planning and scheduling field operations to meet and exceed customer requirements.
Special Requirements:
· Valid [verifiable] Florida Driver’s License
· Professional written and verbal skills.
· Ability to safely lift/carry 40 lbs.
· Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
· Smoke Free/Drug Free Workplace
