Summary of Position:
We are searching for a full-time Digital Marketing Account Specialist who will manage campaigns and performance for our dealership customers. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, and motivated to the needs of the entire organization. This position covers meeting with our clients regularly, listening to their needs, and crafting/managing their marketing campaigns for optimal performance. Knowledge of Google Analytics and website performance is especially important for this role.
Minimum Requirements:
- You must have a solid understanding of Google Analytics
- Ability to communicate both verbally and written must be very strong. You must be able to draft responses to customers with the quality expected in a high school writing class.
- Proven experience as an Marketing Specialist, Automotive Account Manager, or equivalent role in another industry.
- Knowledge of types of advertising campaigns commonly used by dealerships.
- Ability to help customers understand what their website does for them, how things are performing, and come up with strategies (marketing or otherwise) on how to optimize their business.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Sales & Onboarding to transition clients to this role after implementation
- Meet regularly with clients to review dealership performance, website performance, and marketing campaigns.
- Create and manage campaigns for dealerships internally or document and send to other partners as necessary.
- Taking notes and working with our support and engineering teams to make sure websites are optimized for best SEO & SEM performance.
- Contact clients for proactive support and as needed to keep them happy.
- Perform review and analysis of special projects and keep the management properly informed
Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years of Google Analytics usage.
- 2+ years of Marketing work.
- Ability to demonstrate problem solving of common dealership needs.
- Basic knowledge of business compliance and regulations.
- Versatility with technology and workflows, should have a high level of computer fluency.
Bonus Skills:
- Automotive industry experience is a plus.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
