Chama Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse has an opening for an event coordinator/Restaurant Sales position
We are looking for positive and outgoing team members who have a Passion for exceptional customer service!
- Responsible for all events that come in through phone, email, website and cold calls
- Event bookings are defined at groups of 20 or more.
- Sales Manager is expected to cold call and solicit new business through their own book of business, networking and new business development.
- Sales Manager is responsible for maintaining all guest relationships with guests both existing and new.
- All bookings must also be recorded in opentable
- Sales Manager is expected to greet all guests at the start of their event and ensure the guest is introduced to the lead server and manager.
- Responsible for the upkeep of our CRM database in Gather and OpenTable. All accounts must have the appropriate information logged.
Qualifications:
- Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual.
· Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional service.
· Full time flexible hours are required (able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays).
· Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours; bend, push, pull; lift 30 lbs.
· Professional appearance appropriate for a distinguished brand
· Excellent communication skills, including writing, proof reading skills, and speaking.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments
· Excellent interpersonal skills both in person and by phone, with high professionalism.
· Proficient using the latest versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and mail merges; email and web searches.
· Able to work at a rapid pace while maintaining attention to detail; ability to multi-task
· Must have good communication and ability to promote sales.
· Must be skilled in time management.
· Must have teaching and motivational skills.Attitude:
· Must exhibit an excellent service attitude and be willing to go out of their way to accommodate the guests and exceed their expectations.
· Must be flexible and able to adjust to meet the changing needs of guests.
· Must maintain a level of professionalism and communicate effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
