Job Summary: you’ll play a key role in managing and supporting client relationships in the electronics industry. You will assist in coordinating orders, addressing customer inquiries, and working closely with our sales and technical support teams to ensure clients’ needs are met. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, orders, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Process purchase orders, track shipments, and monitor delivery timelines to ensure accuracy and on-time performance.
- Work closely with the sales and technical teams to resolve product or service-related issues and provide customers with accurate information.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our manufacturers’ product offerings, technical specifications, and any industry developments.
- Assist with account management activities, including updating client records and managing customer data.
- Respond to customer feedback and escalate issues as needed to ensure resolution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Prepare reports and documentation as requested to support sales and customer service goals.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-3 years in inside sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably within the electronics components or similar technical industry.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in CRM and MS Office applications. Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Technical Knowledge: Willingness to learn with electronics components or a technical sales environment is highly preferred.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
