Job Description

Budzar Industries is a manufacturer of industrial temperature control equipment. The product is a line of engineered systems to heat or cool a manufacturing process. The company is 40 years old and currently has 130 employees housed in the company sales, engineering, and manufacturing facility in Willoughby, Ohio, and 27 employees housed in the company sales and manufacturing facility in Jiaxing, China

Functions:

  • Work at the direction of outside sales
  • Assist in the generation of standard and custom quotes using Microsoft Word, Excel, and company proprietary programs.
  • Standard quotes are developed from boiler plate quote formats
  • Custom quotes involve developing a Bill of Material, contacting vendors for price quotes, and occasionally producing a proposal drawing
  • Work with engineering department to develop quotes for custom systems
  • Communicate with manufacturers’ agents via phone and e-mail
  • Communicate with customers via phone and be a liaison between the customer and the company
  • Closing sales and write-up machine sales order

Work with manufacturing department to communicate customer delivery requirements.
