Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and drive leads.
- Social Media Management: Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms, run targeted campaigns, and grow our online community.
- SEO and Website Optimization: Utilize SEO best practices to optimize website content, improve rankings, and increase organic traffic.
- Paid Advertising: Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram to maximize ROI.
- Lead Generation and Sales: Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into customers and align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Analytics and Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Flat Glass Sales: Promote and sell flat glass jobs with an opportunity to earn $2 per square foot on these projects.
Compensation and Incentives:
We offer a competitive base pay along with exceptional earning potential:
- 30% of Net Profit on all automotive restyle services.
- $2 per Square Foot on flat glass jobs.
- Earning potential of $1,000–$5,000+ per week (or more), based on your performance, ability to generate sales, and marketing success.
- Uncapped commission structure—your success depends on your creativity, effort, and results!
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, and SEO.
- Expertise in ad platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging.
- Strong organizational skills and self-motivation to thrive in a results-driven role.
