Job Title: Marketing and Sales Specialist with SEO Expertise

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing and Sales Specialist to lead our digital and social media marketing efforts and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing strategies, SEO, ad management, and sales, with a passion for delivering measurable results. This role is integral in increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and driving revenue for our automotive restyle and flat glass services. Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and drive leads.
  • Social Media Management: Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms, run targeted campaigns, and grow our online community.
  • SEO and Website Optimization: Utilize SEO best practices to optimize website content, improve rankings, and increase organic traffic.
  • Paid Advertising: Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram to maximize ROI.
  • Lead Generation and Sales: Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into customers and align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Flat Glass Sales: Promote and sell flat glass jobs with an opportunity to earn $2 per square foot on these projects.

Compensation and Incentives:

We offer a competitive base pay along with exceptional earning potential:

  • 30% of Net Profit on all automotive restyle services.
  • $2 per Square Foot on flat glass jobs.
  • Earning potential of $1,000–$5,000+ per week (or more), based on your performance, ability to generate sales, and marketing success.
  • Uncapped commission structure—your success depends on your creativity, effort, and results!

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing, sales, and SEO.
  • Expertise in ad platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging.
  • Strong organizational skills and self-motivation to thrive in a results-driven role.
