Job Summary: The Sales Manager will be responsible for the oversight and direction of the sales department at American Durafilm. This new position will be responsible for growing the sales department, overseeing a small team of sales representatives, and working with customers & vendors to meet goals. The right candidate has great attention to detail, is an independent problem solver, and is a creative self-starter.
Responsibilities:
· Direct and coordinate all sales activities
· Prepare sales budgets & projections, approve expenditures, and set quotas & goals
· Track and analyze sales statistics based on measurable data points across different channels
· Handle and resolve any customer complaints regarding products and services
· Advise distributors and dealers on policies and standard operating procedures
· Serve as the face of the organization to internal and external partners
· Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and customers
· Identify emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
· Develop marketing strategies in partnership with third party vendor
· Company is ISO 9000 certified, must work within the ISO system to resolve complaints and assist with addressing quality issues
· Oversee and direct performance of the sales team
· Plan and coordinate training programs for sales staff
· Plan and direct the hiring and training of new sales representatives as needed
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in related field
· Valid driver’s license
· 3+ years of experience in a sales manager or sales related role
· 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role
· Familiarity using QuickBooks and Microsoft Office products
· Experience operating within an ISO system is a plus, but not required

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
