THE ROLE

Our client is expanding their team and seeking an Account Manager to join their client-facing group! This role reports to the SVP of Sales and involved building and maintaining relationships with their existing customers to encourage retention and loyalty. The Account Manager will work with important stakeholders and users from the customer base to ensure they're happy with their products and services, help them maximize value they get from the company's platform, and identify ways to enhance engagements and outcomes.

What They Do: Our client provides an industry-preferred platform that gives the power to team dealers, custom apparel decorators, & corporate suppliers to launch online stores with confidence. With a heavy focus on faster site building, more accurate inventory management, consistent/automatic pricing, and on-time/accurate fulfillment, our client’s goal is to make building sites easy.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Ensure a seamless transition from the sales process by taking charge of the customer implementation and onboarding experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders among our clients, gaining a clear understanding of their business needs and objectives.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders and end-users of the company's platform within designated accounts, identifying opportunities to boost revenue in collaboration with our sales team. Actively monitor account health and client satisfaction using KPIs and metrics, aiding the sales team in creating and executing effective retention and renewal plans.

  • Collaborate and communicate with executives, sales and marketing leaders, as well as product and engineering teams, to align with customer needs, relay feedback to improve product performance and adoption, and contribute to overall company success.

  • Diligently record customer interactions, analyze various user and product data, and produce reports to monitor and share account performance insights.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 2+ years of prior experience in a client-facing Customer Success or Account Management role, preferably within the SaaS/eCommerce industry

  • Custom apparel / sports industry experience is a great plus

  • Proven track record of creating and nurturing long-term, strategic relationships with key stakeholders

  • A proactive, hands-on mindset to collaborate across various internal teams to drive results

  • Willingness to travel at least 10% annually
