Position: Inside Sales Engineer - Engineered System Specialist (ESS)

Position Purpose: As an Inside Sales Engineer - ESS, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and developing existing customer relationships by providing quality service and support to meet their needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create comprehensive quotes for various products we offer to our customers.
- Compile detailed submittals in accordance with company standards.
- Handle both stock and factory orders, ensuring prompt delivery to customers and external sales representatives.
- Address customer inquiries related to quotes, order processing, shipment tracking, freight claims, product availability, and service/warranty concerns.
- Oversee and coordinate projects utilizing our project management system.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC fundamentals and product lines to provide informed assistance to customers and colleagues.
- Address customer needs and requests by communicating effectively and collaborating with internal resources.
- Effectively interpret construction blueprints and documents to adhere to project specifications.
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Construction, or Industrial disciplines are preferred but not mandatory); individuals with a technical background or HVAC experience, will also be considered.
- Capable of assessing various product solutions to best serve customers.
- Demonstrates a problem-solving mindset and a readiness to exceed expectations when needed.
- Possesses a dynamic and optimistic demeanor, maintaining professionalism in fast-paced settings.
- Self-sufficient with the ability to work autonomously and adhere to deadlines.
- Exhibits exceptional interpersonal skills for effective communication with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
- Shows a proven dedication to teamwork and adherence to established sales protocols.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for professional interaction with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
