Job Description:

As the Business Development Inside Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing our team of Business Development/Account Executives to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and achieve organizational objectives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives, providing guidance and support to the sales team, and fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

· **Team Leadership: ** Lead and manage a team of up to three Business Development/Account Executives, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to achieve sales targets and objectives.

· **Strategic Planning: ** Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth, expand market reach, and achieve revenue targets in collaboration with senior management.

· **Sales Team Management: ** Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business development/account executives’ team, including workload distribution, performance management, and goal setting to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

· **Sales Training and Development: ** Provide ongoing training, coaching, and professional development opportunities to the sales team to enhance their skills, product knowledge, and sales effectiveness.

· **Sales Performance Analysis: ** Analyze sales metrics, performance data, and pipeline reports to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed to optimize team performance and productivity.

· **Client Relationship Management: ** Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners, acting as a primary point of contact for escalations, negotiations, and conflict resolution to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

· **Sales Strategy Development: ** Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine sales strategies, pricing models, and go-to-market plans to capitalize on market opportunities, address competitive threats, and drive revenue growth.

· **Cross-Functional Collaboration: ** Partner with internal departments such as marketing, product management, and customer support to align sales efforts with overall business objectives, streamline processes, and enhance the customer experience.

· **Market Research and Analysis: ** Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation studies to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and customer needs, providing insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.

· **Performance Reporting: ** Prepare and present regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and analyses to senior management, highlighting key metrics, achievements, challenges, and action plans for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or related field, with demonstrated success in leading and managing sales teams.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
