We specialize in client success and customer support and improving the customer experience. We have partnered withmajor clients across the country, assisting in distributing their products. Our goal is to continuously improve the development of new relationships to create long-standing clients. Our success depends on our Entry Level Management team and their ability to work with our client’s. We need to expand our team with a new Entry Level Management team member to achieve these goals!

The ideal Entry Level Management team member should be incredibly comfortable interacting directly with people, thrive under pressure, and be motivated to achieve results. The Entry Level Management position is the ideal role for someone to combine their love of interacting with people while also developing their professional skills in a fast-paced environment.

Entry Level Management Responsibilities

  • Professionally represent our mission and values and the brand during each client engagement
  • Resolve and document all client contacts, inquiries, and concerns in the system
  • Participate in collaborative training sessions with other Client Relations and Sales Manager on customer relations and up-to-date knowledge of products and services
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve any product issues or concerns
  • Provide product information and sales promo information, which could include recommending products to purchase and/or their effective use
  • Record and maintain all client information accurately and promptly
  • Enhance our client’s reputation by using excellent client service skills

Entry Level Management Requirements

  • A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required
  • Prior experience in a sales role, working as an Account Management, Client Relations Manager, Customer Service, or Client Facing role is a bonus
  • Ability to upsell products, negotiate contracts, manage accounts, and overturn objections
  • Build rapport with clients by actively listening and addressing questions
  • Strong desire to continuously learn and develop professional skills
  • Team-oriented individual with the ability to problem-solve independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
