Sales Director
Are you a go getter looking for a position that offers flexibility, but also MASSIVE income potential? We are on the search for an outside sales member who fits our culture, is hungry to learn, and driven to CRUSH goals. You will be a huge part of the team's day-to-day success by interacting with potential property sellers and scheduling appointments for the team's acquisitions manager. This position is 110% based on your potential to do small repeatable tasks and be open minded to learning. This is not a get rich fast, multi-level marketing position, this is a true person to person point of contact sales position. As the team's outdoor sales member you are the boots on the ground and over half of our company's person to person interactions will come through you.

Skills
- Ability to learn the processes that will be repetitious, but proven.
- Understanding that Sales is about the laws of percentages and effective communication
- Ability to operate CRM software to control lead management.
- Familiarity with using google platform, ie Google docs, calendar, drive, etc.
- Excellent communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Compensation
- Compensation is base plus commission.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Pay: $50,000.00 - $115,400.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
