Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, driving business growth, and building strong customer relationships. The Regional Sales Manager will focus on winning new business in Los Angeles and Orange counties across Capital Provisions’ product lines (micro markets, vending, office coffee, pantry service and water). You will be responsible for representing CP as a brand ambassador in the community.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work with the Chief Revenue Officer to develop a territory strategy to maximize sales and achieve KPI’s.
- Develops and manages a pipeline of potential clients through to contract signature and program implementations while maintaining a positive business relationship with prospective clients. Actively tracks all activity in Capital Provisions’ CRM.
- Travel the region to attend sales meetings.
- Make sales calls to prospective customers.
- Identify problems that customers are trying to solve.
- Lead the development of sales presentations, proposals; assist in the development of contractual sales documents.
- Identify new business opportunities within all existing accounts and strategize with CRO to expand the company's footprint in the market.
- Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics, adjusting account strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Other duties as requested.

- Track record of strong sales experience
- High value on building strong customer relationships
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to interact with managers and coworkers in a professional, courteous manner
- Familiarity with technical systems, CRM, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Gmail, etc.
- Drive to accomplish goals, meet deadlines and find solutions; ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Able to work both independently, and as a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- High level of integrity
Requirements & Qualifications
- Ability to use an iPad or Android tablet/phone.
- Requires driving to and from meetings.
- Ability to pass a background check for access to military bases, closed campuses, etc.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.
- Must adhere to regular and predictable attendance.
- Three (3) to five (5) years previous sales experience preferred

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
