Job Description
Qualification and Requirements:
- Possess an active health/life insurance license (or within 60 days of hire date)
- 2 + years of Sales/business development experience, creating strategy and developing a market, and/or conducting sales presentations or trainings
- Medicare experience is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Travel up to 90% of time within this sales market area
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
- Bi-lingual a plus (Spanish-English)
- Excellent computer skills, including solid experience with CRM software(e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and Microsoft Suite (especially Excel)
- Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management, organizational and follow up skills required, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Must be self-oriented, flexible, enthusiastic and energetic
