Responsibilities:
Job Summary: The Sales Success Manager is responsible for interacting & supporting all sales resources within their assigned market/territory. This position manages resources available to achieve sales/growth results as well as operational goals within their market. This role is responsible for developing external market engagement and sales strategy in coordination with Texas Director of Sales and Director of Medicare Advantage Sales Operations.
Qualifications:

Qualification and Requirements:

  • Possess an active health/life insurance license (or within 60 days of hire date)
  • 2 + years of Sales/business development experience, creating strategy and developing a market, and/or conducting sales presentations or trainings
  • Medicare experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Travel up to 90% of time within this sales market area
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Bi-lingual a plus (Spanish-English)
  • Excellent computer skills, including solid experience with CRM software(e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and Microsoft Suite (especially Excel)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management, organizational and follow up skills required, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Must be self-oriented, flexible, enthusiastic and energetic
