Welcome to the Account Trainee role at MCCS National, where client satisfaction is our top priority! As an Account Trainee, you'll be the bridge between our clients and our office, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. Your role is pivotal in building strong relationships with our clients, facilitating smooth onboarding processes, and identifying opportunities to grow our client base.
**Reporting Structure:**
You'll report directly to the Account Manager and work closely with our client services team to deliver exceptional service. You'll also collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to identify potential clients and explore new opportunities for business growth.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities:**
Your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around client satisfaction and relationship management. You'll serve as the main point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. You'll oversee client onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition and providing assistance as needed. Additionally, you'll proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement. You'll also be responsible for prospecting and bringing in new clients, with commission opportunities available for successful client acquisitions. You'll work closely with our account agents and estimators to ensure timely file processing and identify areas needed for support.
**Qualifications and Requirements:**
We're looking for candidates with strong interpersonal and communication skills, as you'll be interacting with clients on a daily basis. A customer-centric mindset and a genuine desire to help others are essential for success in this role. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account management is preferred but not required. Experience with computers and the ability to learn new systems is required.
