Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing key client relationships.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals
- Identify new market opportunities and drive growth in existing markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and analyze data
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management, outside sales, technology sales, or related fields
- Strong ability to drive sales, negotiate deals, and develop new business
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Customer service-oriented with a focus on building lasting client relationships
- Business development expertise with a strategic mindset
