Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive (B2B Sales) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales, and developing new business opportunities for a Recruitment and Staffing Firm.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to develop effective sales strategies
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions
- Lead negotiations and close deals to meet sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive results
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and market trends
- Outstanding communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
- Ability to negotiate contracts and agreements effectively
