Job Description:

As the Director of Sales at Appax Staffing Solutions, you will be instrumental in driving our ambitious sales goals and establishing our position as a leader in the staffing industry. You will lead a high-performing sales team, execute strategic initiatives, and forge key partnerships to drive revenue growth and market expansion. ( Must have reliable transportation, cellphone, computer)

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of aggressive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.

2. Recruit, train, and mentor a results-driven sales team, instilling a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and industry expertise to expand our client base.

4. Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

5. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.

6. Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

7. Establish and maintain sales processes, metrics, and reporting systems to track performance and drive accountability.

8. Represent Appax Staffing Solutions at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and generate leads.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.

2. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in a startup or high-growth environment.

3. Deep understanding of the staffing industry, including market dynamics, customer pain points, and competitive landscape.

4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

5. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute actionable sales plans in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

7. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer value.

8. Ability to thrive in a startup environment with ambiguity, rapid change, and tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
