Job Title: Bi-lingual Sales Advocate

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bi-lingual Sales Advocate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have wireless and/or general sales experience and be a natural leader with a passion for sales. This is a commission-based job with a weekly payout of hourly and commission.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
• Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

• Bi-lingual in English and another language (Spanish preferred)
• Proven sales experience in wireless and/or general sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed

Requirements:

EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

SALARY/ BENEFITS:

• Base Salary Range $13.00 hourly
• Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
• Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits eligible after 60 days
