As the Regional Sales Manager at IGT Glass Hardware, you will be at the forefront of driving dynamic growth and expanding our market presence. You'll craft and execute innovative sales strategies, build enduring relationships with key clients, and inspire a high-performing team to exceed targets. Your keen insight into market trends and competitor activities will help you uncover new opportunities, all while collaborating with internal teams to ensure our sales efforts align seamlessly with business goals. You will also lead negotiations for profitable contracts, deliver impactful performance reports to senior leadership, and ensure strict compliance with company policies and industry standards. Most importantly, you will cultivate a culture of excellence, driving both success and customer and wow experience satisfaction.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Drive market expansion and revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Lead a high-performing sales team.
