Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Marketing Mastery:Craft and execute innovative, data-driven marketing campaigns that leave competitors in the dust.
- Harness technology to optimize our marketing efforts, utilizing AI, data analytics, and emerging trends.Develop a holistic understanding of the OOH marketing landscape, staying steps ahead of industry shifts.
- Leadership Excellence: Lead a high-performing team by setting clear expectations, fostering innovation, and nurturing talent.
Cultivate a culture of ownership and accountability, where "getting things done" is not just a phrase, but a way of life. Be the driving force behind your team's success, ensuring they meet and exceed ambitious targets.
- Strategic Vision: Formulate and execute visionary sales strategies, expanding our footprint in the OOH marketing realm.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create unique advertising solutions that resonate with clients and sponsors.Continuously assess market dynamics and identify opportunities for growth and disruption.Qualifications:
- A remarkable track record of leading high-performing Sales and Marketing teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Deep familiarity with emerging marketing technologies and a passion for staying at the forefront of industry trends.
- Exceptional strategic thinking combined with the ability to roll up your sleeves and implement campaigns hands-on.
- Proven expertise in leveraging data and technology to drive marketing efficiency and ROI.
- A minimum of 6 years’ experience in a similar role.
- An influencer and motivator, able to lead, mentor, and inspire teams to greatness.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000.
Bonus: Eligible
