Our client is currently seeking an Account Executive - Food Ingredients!Our client is a leading distributor of essential food commodities such as flour, sugar, and eggs. They cater to food manufacturers, food-service providers, and restaurants, ensuring a seamless supply chain for high-quality ingredients. As we continue to grow, we seek a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:1.Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
?Identify and prospect new clients within the food manufacturing, food-service, and restaurant sectors.
?Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
2.Sales Strategy and Execution:
?Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. ?
Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients.
3.Market Analysis:
?Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
?Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities for business growth.
4.Negotiation and Contract Management:
?Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
?Manage contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
5.Product Knowledge:
?Maintain a deep understanding of our product portfolio, including specifications, pricing, and availability.
?Educate clients on the benefits and features of our food commodities.
6.Collaboration with Internal Teams:
?Work closely with the procurement, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
?Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Qualifications:
?Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in the food distribution industry.
?Strong understanding of the food manufacturing, food-service, and restaurant sectors.
?Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
?Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
?Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
