Responsibilities:

As an Inside Sales Consultant at J Handsome Homes, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing leads and prospecting potential clients within the real estate industry
  • Building and nurturing strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups
  • Setting appointments and coordinating schedules with clients and our sales team
  • Utilizing real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies to enhance sales efforts
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve defined, predictable, and recurring revenue goals

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience is preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely
  • Proficiency in real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies is advantageous
  • Ability to embody and uphold our core values: accountability, honesty, and service

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
