Job Summary: The Washington Wolfpack is seeking a dynamic, outgoing, and results-driven Corporate Sales Leader to join our team. This individual should be a motivated self-starter with exceptional sales and relationship-building skills. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive new revenue and develop business through corporate partnerships. The ideal candidate will leverage their creativity and sales expertise to establish meaningful connections with businesses and elevate the Wolfpack brand through innovative sponsorship opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and engage potential local and regional corporate partners to create customized sponsorship programs that drive net revenue.

· Sponsorship Development: Develop tailored partnership packages using the team's inventory to meet the needs of corporate clients while delivering maximum value to both the partner and the organization.

· Account Management: Oversee the implementation of corporate contracts to ensure all sponsorships are fully executed and partners receive exceptional service.

· Activation & Fulfillment: Ensure all corporate sponsorship packages are activated, implemented, and fulfilled to meet client expectations.

· Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales reports, providing insights on progress toward sales goals and identifying opportunities for growth.

· Community Engagement: Represent the Wolfpack at local Chamber of Commerce meetings and community events to build brand awareness and generate new partnership opportunities.

· Innovative Solutions: Develop and implement creative incentives to enhance sponsor engagement and maximize the value of corporate partnerships.

· Other Duties: Assist with additional tasks and projects as needed to support the team's corporate sales strategy.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in sports, entertainment, or a related industry.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create compelling presentations and pitch to corporate clients.

· Exceptional customer service orientation with strong interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work under pressure, set priorities, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

· A self-motivated individual who demonstrates initiative, responsibility, and flexibility.

· Excellent cold-calling abilities and a proven track record in generating leads and closing deals.

· High level of integrity and professionalism in all business interactions.

· Strong negotiation skills and the ability to think creatively to develop unique sponsorship opportunities.

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with design tools like Photoshop.

· Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decision-making.

· Team-oriented mindset with the capability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

· Experience with Ticketmaster and Digideck is a plus but not mandatory.

· Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, squatting, and bending for extended periods.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
