Position Overview:
We’re looking for an organized and proactive Account Manager to join our team. This person will be responsible for managing client accounts right after the sales team has closed the deal. As the primary point of contact for our clients, you’ll oversee campaign timelines, manage communications, and ensure that project milestones are met by coordinating with our internal content and editorial teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Take over client accounts post-sale, acting as the main point of contact for campaign progress, updates, and feedback.
- Timeline Coordination: Oversee the entire campaign timeline from start to finish, ensuring all project milestones are met and content is delivered on schedule.
- Communication Hub: Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, handling campaign information, updates, and expectations clearly and professionally.
- Campaign Strategy: Work with clients to understand their brand voice and objectives, ensuring campaigns align with client goals and resonate with target audiences.
- Content Collaboration: Coordinate with internal content creators, editors, and designers to ensure high-quality content that meets client standards and is delivered in a timely manner.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance, gather client feedback, and implement adjustments as needed to ensure the best results.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, project coordination, or client relations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with creative teams and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
