Job Description

SALES MANAGER

Toshiba Tec Canada Business Solution is looking for a Sales Manager in Quebec with a minimum of 5 years B2B Technology Equipment Sales/Services/Software related Sales management experience.

Responsibilities:

· Revenue sales generation and overall daily sales operation of the Quebec branch

· Recruitment, development, training, and supervision of all sales employees

· Consistently motivate and drive sales team performance through weekly and monthly sales review meetings and provide strong sales leadership

· Develop and implement sales plans to ensure that sales and revenue quotas are reached

· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial sales targets and provide sales reports

· Meet and exceed sales and GP budget

Qualifications:

· Minimum 5+ years of B2B Technology Equipment Sales/Services/Software related sales management experience

· University degree in Sales, Marketing, Management, or another related field

· Ability to supervise and manage effectively

· Proven track record of sales success, along with strong training & coaching skills

· Superior verbal and written communication skills

· Strong decision-making, problem-solving skills and negotiation skills

· Well-developed organizational, sales leadership, and strategic planning skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
