Position Overview:

As a Staff Customer Solutions Engineer, you will bridge our innovative technology with client needs, ensuring seamless integration and optimal deployment of Vivalink’s solutions. Collaborating directly with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams, you will implement, troubleshoot, and customize solutions tailored to the unique challenges of healthcare and medical research environments.

As a key member of the sales team you will be instrumental in the cultivation of key relationships with accounts, and the successful achievement of objectives related to high-value initiatives within the dynamic digital health landscape. Your abilities will be focused on accounts and partnerships with annual account values exceeding $1 million each and critical to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

● Serve as the primary technical resource for clients and partners, leading seamless deployment, configuration, and optimization of Vivalink’s solutions.

● Work closely with clients to understand requirements, design custom solutions, and guide them through onboarding and implementation.

● Provide advanced technical support, proactively resolve complex issues, and maintain system stability in diverse clinical and operational contexts.

● Conduct customer training sessions and develop self-sufficiency documentation covering Vivalink’s platform, devices, and APIs.

● Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) to inform product roadmaps with client insights and evolving market demands.

● Perform hands-on troubleshooting, coordinating with internal support and development teams to resolve complex issues.

● Remain a subject matter expert on Vivalink’s products and platform, staying informed about industry standards, trends, and customer use cases.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.

● 7+ years of experience in technical support, customer solutions, or solutions engineering, ideally within healthcare technology or medical devices.

● Expertise with API integrations, data platforms, and wearable technology solutions.

● Strong problem-solving abilities to manage complex client issues, prioritize tasks, and deliver solutions.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric focus on building trust and fostering relationships.

● Knowledge of healthcare standards and compliance (e.g., HIPAA) and familiarity with clinical workflows.

● Willingness to travel to client sites and industry events as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience with remote patient monitoring (RPM), mobile cardiac telemetry (MCT), or related healthcare technologies.

● Proficiency in programming languages or scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript).

● Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and data integration practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
