Customer Service Insurance Account Manager (Licensed) - PL *REMOTE*

Overview:

As experts in protecting what matters most to individuals, we’re looking to bring on our next Account Manager to support our Personal Lines department and deliver exceptional risk management solutions to our growing client base.

Position is full time with base rate of pay, plus a monthly bonus potential (on average $350-$450/month, with no cap). Remote with the 220 or 2044 license; must work on-site in the Lake Mary Office with the 440 license.

Must have either 220, 2044 or 440 license; no other licenses will be considered.

Summary:

Lake Mary location seeking a licensed bilingual Spanish speaking Account Manager with 2-5 years Florida Personal Linces experience in a broker setting. Grow with us! We represent over 30 insurance carriers for personal lines. The Account Manager position requires answering 20-30 calls per day from existing clients, mortgage brokers, realtors and other referral sources requiring assistance.

· Monday – Friday Schedule

· No nights, no weekends

· Position may be remote with 220 or 2044 License

Minimum Qualifications, Education and/or Experience:

· 440, 220, 2044 license required (Florida); no other licenses will be considered

· 2-5 years Florida Personal Lines broker experience

·Proficient in providing client service through electronic, telephone and in-person interaction

·Problem solving skills; strong written and verbal communication skills

·Proficient in use of Agency Management software or demonstrated skill at quickly learning new systems

· Proficient in use of Microsoft Office or similar software

· Preference given to candidates with E & S (Excess & Surplus) Lines experience, specifically with personal lines

· Bilingual Spanish required

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

440, 2044 or 220 Florida Insurance License required; no other licenses will be considered
