*Job Summary*

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving the successful adoption of our products and services. Great opportunity for anyone with SaaS experience . Experience working with/for a Union is a great asset. Previous experience in managed CRM/ERP is an asset.

*Duties*

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction.

- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.

- Analyze customer data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

- Lead onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and effective product usage.

- Provide training and support to clients on product features and best practices.

- Supervise customer service representatives to ensure high-quality support is provided.

- Communicate regularly with clients to gather feedback and assess satisfaction levels.

*Qualifications*

- Proven experience in a customer success or account management role.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for client success.

- Strong Data Processing Skills

-Extreme Attention to Details

-Advanced Excel Skill , ability to use VLOOKUP's and pivots

-Data Mining

-Accurate Record Keeping

- Basic English Proficiency ( Preference will be given to best communications skills)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

  • Commission pay
  • Overtime pay

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • CRM software: 1 year (required)
  • Microsoft Excel: 5 years (required)
  • Project management: 1 year (required)
