Overview
United Restore is a fire and water restoration company that restores residential and businesses back to normally after a fire has occured. You will have a team of 8-10 people to manage, this is outside sales! We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology sales and business development, with proven leadership skills to inspire and motivate the team. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of market dynamics to effectively position our products and services. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with your chasers to ensure high levels of success.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills in technical sales and customer service.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technology sales or technical sales roles.
- Strong background in business development with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a keen understanding of market dynamics.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on market insights.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
