Job Description
The Director of Sales and Marketing for a creative branded merchandise company will lead and oversee the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth, expand brand presence, and establish the company as an industry leader. This role requires strategic vision and hands-on management of sales strategies, marketing campaigns, client relationships, and team development.
- Lead the development of the company’s marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and differentiate the brand in a competitive market.
- Oversee all marketing campaigns, including digital, content, email, social media, and traditional marketing.
- Develop and manage budgets for the sales and marketing departments, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the creative, merchandise, or branded products industries.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, social media platforms).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
