Coach and manage existing business owners. Help put systems in place and help maintain them. Track all district promotions. Track production with agents and staff. Help in training agents, new products, existing sales process's. Salary plus bonus. Range if achieving bonus could be 80,000 to 110,000
Salary: $60000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Coach and manage existing agents. Help train new agents on how to run a business. Sales process's, joint field calls. Meet with 9 agents a week and help them grow their business.
Requirements
Must be proficient in excel, power point, and word. Will have to obtain a property and Casualty license, Life and health license, also series 6 license eventually.
College degree preferred by not mandatory.
