Job Summary

Duties

- Negotiate contracts and agreements that align with company goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting on sales activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Prepare presentations and proposals for potential clients, showcasing our services and value proposition.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or a related field, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in customer relationship management practices to enhance client engagement.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: $65,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
