Sales Manager – $200k+ Opportunity with Bonuses, Profit Sharing, and Incentives

What You’ll Do:
- Lead from the Front: This is NOT a behind-the-desk role. You’ll actively run leads, train, and upskill your sales team in the field.
- Develop People and Markets: Build and mentor a driven team while spearheading the growth of new markets.
- Drive Results: Hold yourself and your team accountable to achieve and exceed goals, creating a culture of success.
- Be in the Action: Shadow and coach your team, ensuring consistent performance improvement and customer satisfaction.
