Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the Solar industry, and demonstrate great closing and setting abilities. This role requires a driven and motivated leader.
What you'll do as a Solar Sales Manager:
- Oversee, train and manage a team of 5 - 10 Solar Energy Consultants.
- Maintain an individual quota as well as a team quota ensuring that your team is always on track to meet their marks.
- Develop and maintain deep knowledge of local market and policy dynamics.
- Provide meaningful hands-on training to new sales team members.
- Assist the Sales team in closing Sales when needed.
- Foster a strong team atmosphere based on results and accountability
- Interview new applicants for your team.
- Keep track of team members performance and make sure your team is adhering to company policy.
- Manage team members on PIPs when performance is low.
- Report to leadership on team KPIs
Your Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in the Solar Industry.
- At least 3 years of experience Managing a Sales team.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and ability to analyze data for informed decision-making.
- Demonstrated success in business development and achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Excellent Solar Sales skills with the ability to set appointments and close them.
- Be self-driven and highly motivated.
- Strong knowledge and experience of D2D Sales.

Schedule:
- Full-Time: 40-60 hours per week
- Tuesday to Saturday
Supplemental pay types:
- $60,000 Base pay + Commission pay
- Bonus Incentives
