Very busy independent insurance agency seeking a licensed account manager or personal lines CSR to service our book of business. The personal line account manger can write and quote for auto and home insurance application must with a few years experiences. Commercial experience a plus but will train.

Responsibility
* Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer services. Service can responding to inquiries in regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
* Verify new customers coverage and present policyholders with proof of insurance paperwork
* Keep track of all customer inquiries and follow up to verify that all questions are answered regarding customer policies
* Stay up to date on new marketing efforts to answer insurance product inquiries utilizing all the resources available
* Handle complaints, present appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the timeframes set, and follow up to ensure that the issue has been resolved
* Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

Pay: $62,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
