Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Home Sales Consultant to join our team. As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting potential buyers in finding their dream home. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the real estate industry and help individuals and families achieve their homeownership goals. Responsibilities: - Conduct property tours and showcase the features and benefits of our new homes - Provide exceptional customer service to potential buyers, answering any questions or concerns they may have - Assist buyers in selecting the right floor plan, finishes, and upgrades for their new home - Collaborate with the construction team to ensure timely completion of homes and address any buyer requests or concerns - Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies - Maintain accurate records of all interactions with potential buyers - Follow fair housing regulations and ethical practices in all interactions with buyers Skills: - Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to effectively communicate complex information to potential buyers - Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus - Knowledge of real estate administrative processes and procedures - Familiarity with customer service principles and practices - Understanding of real estate law and regulations If you are passionate about real estate, have a strong sales background, and enjoy helping individuals find their perfect home, we would love to hear from you.
