Norseman Structures is looking to add a Fiercely Reliable Inside Sales Representative to our team.
The Inside Sales Representative plays a crucial role in supporting the Sales efforts in Canada and the USA. They will focus on lead nurturing and expanding the sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying potential customers. Inside Sales will work closely with the Business Development team to execute on tasks and projects in Canada and the USA. The role requires a proactive and organized individual who can effectively communicate Norseman Structures’ value proposition to potential customers.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls from leads and customers, providing information and addressing inquiries
- Develop and maintain relationships with leads through personalized communication, follow-up calls, and emails
- Educate leads about Norseman Structures’ products and services, and ensure they receive the information they need to move through the sales funnel
- Manage and update the sales pipeline in Salesforce (CRM), ensuring that all leads and opportunities are tracked accurately
- Perform quoting and estimating using Excel and other tools, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Handle the execution of projects as needed, working closely with the Business Development team to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business
- 2 to 3 years proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM & Office 365 software, experience with Salesforce is an asset
- Knowledge of the construction or manufacturing industry is considered an asset
